When Can You Return a Product?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your original payment method.

  • If the product was faulty or sent incorrectly, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping will be borne by the customer.

What Cannot Be Returned?

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery

  • Products with tampered, damaged, or incomplete packaging
